Dear Friends,

We are so excited to get you back! As government restrictions start to ease, we have put some practices into place to ensure that all our Puppy Yoga classes are COVID secure.

Face Masks

We will require all attendees to wear face masks on arrival. Once you are seated on your allocated yoga mat face masks will be at your discretion. We will however ask for face masks to be worn if at any time you leave your yoga mat.

Hand Sanitiser

Follow Public Health England advice we are asking all attendees  to use our hand sanitiser which is available at reception upon entering the studio.  Anti-bacterial gel and wipes will also be placed in different locations around the studio for attendee’s to also use.  Surfaces such as door handles at the studio are being regularly cleaned with anti-bacterial spray.

Our sessions will now only contain a limited amount of people per session in order to allow space for social distancing.

On arrival, you will be shown to your allocated mat which has been pre-arranged to accommodate social distancing except for people in the same household or support bubble.

We will be using a non-contact thermometer to test everyones temperature on arrival. Please note that if anyone has a temperature higher than 37.8 degrees celsius or above you will not be permitted into the class.  Should anyone display COVID-19 symptoms upon entering reception, please note you will not be allowed to enter the studio and take part in our sessions in order to maintain the wellbeing of our other attendee’s. All attendee’s will be required to leave their name and number in order help the NHS track and trace any outbreaks.
