Puppy Yoga 2.00 PM - 3.00 PM

Dear Puppy Yoga Guests,

We are thrilled to have you attending our Puppy Yoga Session  on the 6th September 2020 at The Old Street Gallery.

The address is as followed: Old Street Gallery, 62 Paul St, Leonard Circus, London, EC2A 4DQ ( Please use postcode EC2A 4NA if you are driving) 

The nearest Tube and Train station is Old Street Station (4-5 Minute Walk)

Please note that doors will open at 1.55pm. The class will aim to start at 2pm  and finish promptly at 3pm The class will run for approximately 1 hour with a 30-minute yoga class and 30-minute playtime with the puppies.

COVID -19 INFORMATION:    Our sessions will now only contain 10-15 attendee’s per session to allow space for social distancing. All Yoga mats will be socially distanced, except for people in the same household or social bubble.

On arrival, you will be shown to your allocated mat which has been pre-arranged to accommodate social distancing.

A contactless hand sanitiser station will be available at reception upon entering the studio. On arrival, you will be required to use the hand sanitiser before entering the studio downstairs. Anti-bacterial gel and wipes will also be placed in different locations around the studio for attendee’s to use.

We will require all attendees to wear face masks on arrival. Once you are seated on your allocated yoga mat, face masks during the yoga session will be at your discretion. We will ask for masks to be worn if at any time you leave your yoga mat in the studio.

Should anyone display COVID-19 symptoms upon entering the reception, please note you will not be allowed to enter the studio and take part in our sessions to maintain the wellbeing of our other attendee’s.

All attendees will be required to leave their name and number to help the NHS track and trace any coronavirus in case of an outbreak.
